The Tangerines

... are a power pop group from Stockholm, Sweden, comprised of Per Tolgraven and Håkan Krusnell. Influenced by classic 60s pop music and guitar-driven 70s bands, they share an affection for a catchy song with a bite. They would always like a hit. After the break-up of their 80s group, Swedish recording artists Rain Refrain, the pair took a few years off, Per writing songs and Håkan building his studio. On New Year's Eve 1995 Per was invited to record the aptly titled Nothing's Changed at All and they took off again. Their six albums are packed with memorable melodies, close harmonies and jangly guitars.
